Yoga Class – Morning Session


Chris has practiced yoga for 15 years and has taught for 12. Her style is based in the  Iyengar tradition, and she teaches with a down-to-earth and friendly approach that caters  for a wide range of experience and ability.  In Chris' class participants will enjoy a balance of poses to develop flexibility, stamina  and strength. You will feel energised, refreshed and centered for the rest of the day.  Chris left the corporate world 6 years ago and enjoys a balanced life working part-time, teaching yoga (and pilates) and taking care of her family. Chris loves to share her passion for yoga - as a great form of exercise but also as a pathway to enhanced emotional well-being.
