Bookings during school holidays incur a $20 surcharge.
Bookings in advance are recommended.
Once booking is made you don’t have to think about it – we will give you a call one week prior to your booking to arrange a time for you to come and collect the keys and pay your hire fee.
When you collect your keys, we will do a run through with you to ensure you know where everything is. You will be provided with a cleanup check list to help ensure the house is left as you found it. The house is quite often booked out for four parties on the weekend, so it is essential that hirers ensure that they are ready to vacate the premises by their designated time. If you set up party decorations, please ensure they are fully removed at the end of your party. All rubbish must be removed from the premises at conclusion of party.
